One of the problem with interviewer(Sohaib) is he frequently interrupts interviewee, he generally interrupts within 20 seconds. He should allow them speak freely, and then ask them follow up questions. He is eager to put words in their flow of others speech, it derails what others really want to express. He wants them to follow a certain pattern and direction.
