Imao the Malaysian anthem sounds so peaceful and calming but the Filipino anthem is so fast and aggressive

That is because the Philippine anthem is a marching song, composed during the revolution of 1898 while Malaysian national is based on a folk song. I hope that helps your question, why both of these anthems have different melodies and tempo

The national anthem of the Philippines was performed by the University of Santo Tomas Wind Orchestra and the Mandaluyong Children's Choir, as also used on TV5, One Sports 41, A2Z 11, and Light TV 33.
