DAVIS, W.Va. (WCHS) - Ownership of a long-awaited chunk of the rugged Blackwater Canyon in Tucker County will finally be acquired by the Monongahela National Forest once an environmental and safety study are completed.
It was recently announced that Allegheny Wood Products owner John Crites and Sen. Joe Manchin's office have negotiated a transfer of ownership.
