I bet the soldiers didn’t mind, they have to sleep in wayy harsher conditions, they even sleep in very dirty places. Many soldiers had even confirmed that sleeping in a garage way way better than sleeping in what they usually sleep in.

@@kip7549 It not norm to deploy troops period on America soil armed or unarmed. It's only happening because DC isn't a state. Otherwise, it would have to be the National Guard.
National guard isn't that well trained at all and they typically don't have weapons when deployed on US soil They mostly go to disaster zones and such All in all not real soldiers just average people who barely train

Sometimes I sleep over/nap at someone's house party, hotel, etc and wake up and forget that I wasn't in my own bed for a few seconds. That feeling is weird. I can only imagine the feeling of waking up in the capital building.

These guys talk about the troops having to sleep on the Capitol "marble" floors. Most slept on unheated garage floors with one bathroom and no food or drink. Wouldn't have happened if Trump were in charge.
