Assam has four tiger reserves including Orang (2015) Actually took the data from Assam Govt's website- environmentandforest.assam.gov.in/information-services/reserve-forests-0 where total tiger reserve is mentioned as three, not updated.

According to Assam year book 2023 kaziranga National park area 858.98 sq km (2020-21 ) Manash National park 500sq km (2020-21).I am confusing now some data is not same with book.

The 430 km2 (166 sq mi) park was given official status by the central government on 11 February 1974. In 1985, Kaziranga was declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO for its unique natural environment.

Mam, in the next video of the series, you mentioned that there are 3 Tiger reserves in Assam. Is Orang NP not a TR? Please clarify mam. I have been learning as Assam having 4 TR, now the information are very contradictory. I'm very much confused.

@@patkaiclasses3602 Yes, many govt websites are not upto date with the current data. Even forest cover of Assam has seen an increase, now having a forest cover of 36.09%, these data's are rarely updated in govt. websites.
