Hi Ntombi. Your videos are very helpful indeed and I thank you for your time, especially for a very detailed information you are giving. My dilemma is as follows: After passing the Proficiency test I am unable to proceed further, namely, system check is not being carried out. For example, it is showing the number of persons waiting in the queue and just as it turns to number 1, literally underlined bold pop up message shows up ''reset browser'' and by doing so the process that preceded that stage repeats itself. I have done this several times since midnight till about 5am, and as a result of unsuccessful systematic check I was only able to log out of my account. I must emphasise that all previous stages have been completed successfully and without any issues but this stage is just not being followed through. I have tried this several times and in a fruitless effort to look up this "issue" I have come across your video clips. Thanking you once again and hopefully you may shed some light on this matter.
