7 minute clip for teachers to use in conjunction with Hole in the Day curriculum. Hole in the Day was from the Pillager Band of Chippewa and his clan was the bear clan. Bug-O-Nay-Ge-Shig was his name. Hole in the Day is the interpretation in English.

Very well done and I really appreciate this because I have been very very interested in this fellow. It seems to have put his people in front of everything and he has impressed me greatly. I am in the center of the Dakota wars in Minnesota and all around me are all the memorials to Little Crow and also very nearby is everything to do with Hole in the Day. And this history has been very helpful

Yes so sad some much if not all the land was stolen or swindled back in those days that left most of us without land or a home today.
