Welcome back to the channel, folks! Today, I wanted to share my experience of the 2023 Nativewatercraft No Limit Big Bass Power tournament in the Carolinas. This is one of the biggest kayak bass fishing tournaments in the area, with over 150 anglers competing for a hefty prize purse.
The tournament was held over a single day, and the competition was fierce. Anglers were not only vying for the most total inches caught but also for the biggest bass of each hour. With 8 total hourly prizes of $1000 each, there was a lot at stake.
Despite the tough competition, I managed to finish 28th out of 153 anglers. Although I couldn't find any sizeable fish, I did manage to catch 14 fish total. It was definitely a challenging day, but I was happy to have participated in such a thrilling event.
I want to extend my congratulations to all the hourly winners, who undoubtedly put in a lot of hard work and dedication to come out on top. I also want to express my gratitude to the organizers of the tournament for putting on such a fantastic event. Overall, the Nativewatercraft No Limit Big Bass Power tournament was a weekend to remember, filled with excitement, camaraderie, and, of course, some fun fishing. I can't wait to participate in this event again next year and see what kind of challenges and rewards it has in store.
