@ph5056 you do realize that the indigenous cultures do not wear wigs or hair peaces right? At least not the ones that come from villages like this beautiful woman. They believe in natural beauty and those tats are not body paint. Please learn the history of cultures before assuming. I highly respect people and their cultures and beliefs because it's their history and the history of their ancestors they are carrying on. Especially in the indigenous culture.
@@C_Duhb Pero ellos son los habitantes originales de América, en Centro y Sudamérica hubo mestizaje y por eso hoy hay un alto porcentaje de nativos, todo lo contrario que en el norte.
Ok but they have different beliefs and you and your ancestors (mine too as I am white) have done so much damage when it comes to religion, so maybe you believe in one god, but they believe in a different one, please be respectful @wahdurci
@@MsBettyRubble It's just their religion and they bless people with the God that they believe. What they said wasn't meant to be taken in a hateful light.
Not me, if there was such a thing as mother nature, she would be natural, no tattoos. However, there is no Mother Nature. there is one God Almighty, Jesus Christ, Creator of heaven and earth.
@@thecharredwitchit's in the eyes mostly. There is the sparkle of a smile at the corners of her eyes and a sense of pride shines as the camera pans around to her face. It's subtle and very quick. Focus on her eyes not her mouth and face tattoos, you should see it then.
Even speaking exclusively from an artistic standpoint, this is refreshingly beautiful. I think the newer generations are forgetting how gorgeous their cultures are. Everything feels metallic and emotionless nowadays.
Oh yeah, this old woman definately needs to teach the youngins about maintaining their culture and traditions. Is she the example of metallic and emotionless that you are speaking of? Ya nitwit
That's bc they hold up witches like the Kardashians and other celebrities as their idols. Everyone wants to be famous on the internet nowadays. Their priorities are really screwed up.
That is one truly beautiful woman. That beauty comes from her heritage that she was born into. Her energy passed to her through ancestors is very powerful and positive energy and keeps her safe .to embrace it and pass it to future generations to come is why she is so important for her people to continue to build her heritage. I do believe in my heart that this great nation belongs to her. I love what you do and how you are doing it. The bright energy that is laminating from around her is what she always needs to protect for that shines from the blood of her ancestors .and as it continues through her shines her life . And I thank you for sharing your life with others.
@@maryrodgers2053 Let me explain you a couple of things about their spirituality. The Emberás have rituals through which their spiritual leader would call on the spirits of the animals from the jungle to help the sick or troubled persons from their tribe. Actually, they tattoo themselves according to the spirits of the animals that they are calling upon the sick or troubled person. Of course, the wolf is not among the spirits they name because the wolf is not an animal that live in their jungles. You need to be respectful of other people's beliefs and spiritualities and not to try to impose your ideas upon them. We already have too much of this in the world and although it may not mean anything to you, it will make you look to the people you're talking about as a disrespectful attitude. Last, but not least: If you look at the tattooes in her back you'll find a series of marks with the shape of an X. That's a mark of a viper of the forest, which name is the Bothrops Asper. Also known as the X viper. So, you're telling me that a girl who by her own choice or by the directions of the spiritual leader of her community, chose to call upon herself the spirit of a viper, has the spirit of the wolf...because you say so.
Yeah your right, a beautiful woman that destroyed and desecrated her beautiful face and body with those horrible tattoos! What a shame other Indians don't do this!
Nech mi to odpustite všetky ženy tohto sveta, ale vaše telo je najkrajšie na tomto svete, prosím neničte ho tetovaním. Tak zanikaju nádherné krivky ženského tela.
@@jamesrichey5334you do realize that South America is an America too right? that’s why it’s Native American even if you’re from canada or Mexico or any country in South America
What a beauty. I have the highest respect yo all who honor their ancestors with such tattoos. Some will call them extreme or ugly but I call them a masterpiece of ancient tradition in the 21. century.
There are hundreds of indigenous tribes and nations across the Americas, and they each have their own culture. "Native American" only refers to the many tribes and nations in the United States, and again, they aren't one culture. This woman is a member of the Emberá people, from Colombia, in South America. She's Native and Indigenous, just not Native American.
The more i see and hear from you TRUE NATURAL NATIVE AMERICANS, the more i am baffled of your beauty as shown now; THIS IS SOOOO IMPRESSIVELY AWSOME....
So fighting your neighbors over land, slaughtering anyone who can hold a weapon or too old to be useful and enslaving the women and small children is "rich" culture?
I once saw a Native American woman this beautiful going into the grand Canyon national Park, she was a park ranger. She was the only woman that has ever made me absolutely speechless…
I was working in Saudi Arabia in 2015. My family manufactured some wood ceilings and walls for the king abdulaziz center for world culture. I was shopping for gifts for my family and in walks a girl with green eyes and I froze and couldnt move from how beautiful she was.
As an artist, I've honestly never been more envious of another artist's canvas. The striking essence of both the "canvas" and the art is both intricate and powerful. I refuse to imagine that we mutts would not greatly benefit from a manner of time and interaction with the purity and spirituality of this native culture. Striking the bell of intrigue! Would love a moment of escape within the song scape and ancestral tradition/ceremony of this culture.
100% POWERFUL NATIVE AMERICAN WOMAN... BE CAREFUL SHE IS A STRONG WOMAN WHOM STANDS HER GROUND. VERY VERY PROUD TO SEE A SISTER UNAFRAID OF NOTHING. I'M 100% PROUD THANK YOU FOR REPRESENTING INDIGENOUS BROTHERS & SISTERS.
