All the republics in Russia should do what Putin is doing in Ukraine... organise a referendum (like in Ukraine) and declare independence (like the two regions in Ukraine). The Republic of Tatarstan could easily be an independent state, Chechnya as well. These two places have their own language and religion and therefore, could be independent and Russians should respect that coz they helped Russians in Ukraine organise a referendum too claiming that those people there have the right to decide whether they want to be a part of Ukraine or not so the people of The Republic of Tatarstan have the same right.
