95 CP MP leader has no AT so it can't kill the 40 CP BRDM-2 hunting it. reservist trait increases suppression taken, which means you need the MP around during the fight. but your infantry leader can't keep up with your tanks' speed so it's useless on the attack with armor. it will help on the defense or with infantry. but 95 for a defense/support infantry leader means you won't have that extra LAW or Dragon + Bradley. having an extra AC and I-TOW will be better than having the MP + leader buff unless you have several units in the aura to take advantage of the buff. if you do blob your units for the bonuses, you will be hit with bombers or artillery because that's what happens when you blob with infantry. you can sit a bit behind the fighting with your supplies and remove suppression. but that's wasting the MP trait because the reservists will not have the buff. might as well have an 80 CP jeep. you can do urban or forest fights with it. but flame dominates those areas. MP leader has no MMG or HMG either. overall: looks good on paper, mediocre in practice.

It uses the Same long range missiles as the F15 C version in this deck and costs 100 p less.

imo the NG Apache isn't bad if you use helis like tanks. put it above or slightly behind your ground forces and let its Hellfires work. don't bother with its rockets unless you catch infantry unsupported. this way enemy ground AA has a hard time. enemy planes can still hurt, but normal Apaches have the same problem and you have lots of planes too.

Income and prices have nearly doubled in comparison to WG RD so you would have to compare it to 40p Units in WG RD.
