Hi ladies ! I've been asked a lot about which natural deodorants I use so here it is! Natural deodorants are important for women with PCOS. Our armpits are a way for our bodies to detox and sweat. When we use antiperspirants and chemical filled deodorants, it blocks those passageways. The aluminum in deodorants also can mimic estrogen in our bodies, something we DEFINITELY don't want. Ive struggled for years to find a natural deodorant that works and I've finally found a good bunch! Stay tuned for the natural deodorants that don't work.
