Finally found this, I knew someone would have this on RU-vid. Band was based out of Canada and the label was based in New York City, on the same level as Blood, Sweat & Tears, superb underground jazz-rock fusion. Thank you for uploading!

They used to be the house band at a club in Montreal called the Boulevard de Paris 1967 / 68

saw these people several times. in their day, still today a great band.
