What hair did you used?

I wish I could, I've done afro twists twice and both times after 2 days the extension just slides out, I have fine I don't know what type hair anymore yet it's mixed, no extension holds even if I get braids done at a salon. Only thing is straight up cornrow styles or any cornrow styles with extensions. I can't seem to find any method that will work on my hair when I'm doing it on my own
