When you have your first child make sure it’s going to be be in braids because this woman had waist length hair but she had to cut all of it off because she had no time of taking care of her hair

One thing I see about your hair and you have not mentioned is that you keep your hair trimmed. That is why they look healthy, strong, and full. I am starting to put my hair on a every 8 weeks schedule right now because I am tired of those dry, frizzy ends. Great job by the way 👍🏾

Did you do any protective style ? How often do you moisturize your hair and what do you use ? I’m on my journey and I will appreciate your input
You mentioned postpartum. Hair grows faster during pregnancy. Your pregnancy probably played a role in your hair growth. And yes, the downside of it all is the shedding that occurs afterward.

- wash your hair every 2 to 3 weeks ( first pre-shampoo with African pride or just a hot oil treatment, shampoo, then use a deep conditioner) if your hair is extremely damage try a protein treatment like the one from mielle once every 3-5 months. Always be gentle with ur hair when washing it and put it in sections. - after u want to do the loc or lco method. - place your hair in a protective style (twist, mini braids,etc) keep in for 2-3 weeks. And repeat - always be gentle with your hair, if you’re rough you will never see progress.. - and always use a heat protector if you straighten or even blow dry your hair. Hope this helps

It’s crazy because my hair is longer in the back and shorter in the front and I keep cutting it but I’m going to leave it because it grow like that no matter what I do lol
@@olabisiariyo8015are you wearing a bonnet ? Applying a little gel also helps with frizz, but your hair will become a bit frizzy especially if you’ve left ur protective style in for more than a week or 2
