Doctor Wolfson. I just had a echo and will be reviewing it with a cardiologist in a couple weeks. I know I have a Mitral valve regurgitation, and maybe a 2nd valve issue; (Aortic?) What is the threshold for surgery being mandatory and where supplement strengthing (as you described) will not be enough? Of course I would want to avoid surgery (who wouldn't?) and if there was a practical alternative to surgery in reality, that would certainly be wonderful. Thank You
