Most good supplements are! And although his answer is correct, many of us are still unable to afford to pay cash for supplements, when our insurance pays for the poison big pharma pushes our Drs to push to us. However we all maybe able to find, what he is kind enough to tell us we need at a lower cost that maybe we can afford. For this i thank him! Just do research on the brands u buy and i always look for 3rd party testing for vites and supps!!

@@lisastinyvanbigliving5261 Thanks for your comment. ConsumerLab is an excellent 3rd party testing organization. Unfortunately you have to subscribe to get their information, but if you take several supplements it may be worth it to subscribe for 1 yr and research to your heart's content during that year. ConsumerLab identifies supplements that actually have the ingredients in the quantities listed on their labels (and those that fail) and shows each supplement's cost per unit of active ingredients. A lot of the supplements that past the ConsumerLab tests are very inexpensive.

Curcumin Q10,High absorbancy vit C, Nattokanase, Electrolyte drink and Multi mineral drink. These together have helped a lot to reduce the episodes and when they do occur they are less chaotic in other words there is still a semblance of rhythm during the episodes.

True story of me. For much of my life I had a pre mature heart beats, which was reasoned because if my sinus node. .At times it would also skip beats. As soon as I started taking magnesium/zinc supplements along with Vitamin D3 and K2-NK7, the premature heartbeats and skipped heart beats stopped immediately. I can't believe how much control magnesium has on the human body!

@@alsahib3768 Hi I had/have an AVB block. Not sure if I still have it after my operation. I had two Ablations to correct Atrial Flutter with Cryo Ablation (freezing cardiac tissue to -60 degrees F and the Radio Frequency Ablation (using HEAT) to burn cardiac tissue near the Pulmonary Vein. ThThe misfire of the electrical system stems from the upper Atria. So they ablate (freeze or heat) cardiac cells/tissue to create lesions (scarring) to block the misfire of signals. They go up through the femoral arteries up into the heart’s atria with a Catheter, so it’s called a Catheter Ablation.

I was surprized that zinc was not on the list. My episode frequency and duration were dramatically reduced after adding zinc (50 mg daily) to the daily regimine, witch include all the supplements you recommend. I went from 100+ episodes per month to less than 20. Hhen my zinc supplement ran out, I stopped taking it and within a week my episode frequency returned to the previous high level. When I started taking it again, the episodes decreased again. For me, zinc was the most effective agsinst afib.

BUT are synthetic pharma supplements able to be used by our body?? Also, the average person is unable to tell which supplements are fake. For instance, the other day I bought an expensive pro-biotic but on testing the contents of the capsule by putting it in some warm milk, it just sat there inert. Either it was just talcum powder or the biota were dead.
