Recipe
Mango Jam
Ingredients
Sugar 175 gm
Glucose 200 gm
Water 500 gm
Potassium Sorbate 1 tsp.
Mango Puree 200 gm
Citric Acid 1 tsp.
Pectin 15 gm
Method
Take water in a pan and put it on the flame. Add glucose in it and mix well. Take sugar in a bowl and add Pectin in it. Add it into the water and glucose mixture and cook till it comes to dense. Add mango puree in it and mix it well. Now add Citric Acid and Potassium Sorbate in it. Then add chainsaw flavour and mix it well. Blend this mixture and cook more. Take pan off of the flame and cool it down. Yummy Mango Jam is ready.
