Very happy that you tested this product. Yes it is on a costlier side, may be due it's triglycerides form making it more bioavailable. Most of the fish oil supplements available in market are in ethyl ester form which is not so stable and bioavailable. I'm using this for last few months. I'm very happy that it has become a "trustified" product.
TrueBasics provides 1150mg Fish oil 525mg EPA and 375mg DHA at INR 649 for 60 softgels and in it's website it says it is in triglyceride form so isn't TrueBasics a better value for money?

Literally any fish could be used to extract fish oil... but only sardines and anchovies have lowest levels of mercury... consumption of mercury everyday is very very dangerous for health... if they extracted oil from some random fish then your health will be impacted... you will get mercury poisoning... it impacts many organs

Sir also mention if a fish oil is in triglyceride or ethyl ester from because it is said that triglyceride is upto 60% bioavailabe whereas ethyl ester is only 20% bioavailabe, hats off to you sir you're doing great work🙏
there have been studies on this topic, and there is no difference with performance of both forms provided you have taken the supplement for more than 2 months. Only when the subject has taken fish oil less than 1 month, the performance varies. So if you are taking fish oil for the long run, there is absolutely no difference in both the forms.

A small request. Open market soya chunks are cheaper, and I prefer them to consume. However, preparation of soy chunks involves hexane to extract oil that later removed, but the regarding open market soya chunks, I am bit sceptical whether the manufacturer really fully remove hexane or not. You can do the research on any open market soy chunks, to help me(us) regarding its usage. The whole matter is regarding open market soy chunks. I would be grateful to you.
