Cassett or Compost toilet?? We decided that a compost toilet would be more beneficial while traveling full time. So we decided to get one and show you how easy they are to install. This is in a Jayco Streamliner caravan, however the process is the same in pretty much every van.

Great job and detail. Can I ask where you purchased the natures heads from. We’re having the same thoughts ourselves, but over the cassette dumpling every few days.

Hi there We have a silverline and we are thinking about doing the same as what you did with the compost toilet. Just wondering what do you guys think of it now all these months down the track?

We absolutely love it. It's so handy. Although have a look at the OGO toilet. May not last as long but I think would be more user friendly...

How heavy is it when it is full of crap ? My concern as one gets older it maybe difficult to remove & dispose of as well as transporting through inside of van & careful not to drop it. What are your thoughts if not a full time traveller.

Max about 20kgs. You could drag it about, careful of the floor of course. Would still be doable as you get older as we are too lol. Straight from the importer, you can leave it a couple months in storage if not full-time traveling. I would still keep an eye on it though.
