I think the trick is to let the person get in while you're in NAV mode, and with no pilot in the pilot seat. I think?

Wait how did you change your torps. I never get un-equip option. Been broken for me all wipe. Am i missing something. Lol

The torps are bugged, you must fly your tali, shoot all the torps, then land and stow it. Once the tali is out of torps, then you can equip other ones.
