anyone who comment that they played bad must remember this is just like in football. any 17s player right now in barca young team can be better than maradona back then. Look at their draft and strategy, if you go back in time and read the old patch and you will realize that they are at their best. The tp timing, the team fight, the smoke,.. remember, this is TI2 already, every1 who participate is the best of both DOTA2 AND DOTA1 because it was 2 million dollar price pool. Now the game is optimized so much better now. If you want to know how hard it is, just go play dota1 with some 6.00 patch =))))
I’ll have to say Your choice of comparison is shit. Maradona lifted the World Cup while carrying the whole team on his back. Barca’s youth or whatever the fuck they have ain’t got nothing on him. Football was great. It just doesn’t look so coz of camera perspective and whatnot.

Lots of people criticizing the plays here (most dont even know all the players in these teams). This is 2012. How many patches did dota2 already have after this? Meta today is different from the meta in the past
No shit, the meta was so insanely different at the time, shit games from 7.06 look so insanely different from now, and this was multiple huge map and mechanic changes prior to that. There was 0 rubberbanding, supports had to buy, courier, wards, upgrade, didn't have tranqs, tps cost 135g and you didn't get 3 free, early items sucked, ranged vanguard was a navi special, bounties didn't exist and there were hslf the jungle creeps.
@@bigwig8657 No talent trees, no shrines, leveling took forever, only one single rune spawned on bottom or top and you had to guess which one. Everyone sharing one courier. God I just miss the old DoTA
This iteration of IG is my favorite team of all time. IG signed the whole LGD team save for their carry which is ZSMJ, probably my favorite carry. He was replaced by Zhou who was their rival in their region. A true powerhouse of s team
@Doffy Lol dude, they were comparable to todays 3k level. These were still players who had played the game all day, everyday for 6-8 years. The meta was different back then, just because you cant underdtand the playstyle doesnt mean its bad. Get off your high horse, holy shit.
