Where is the plug-in? Why are the walls shinny? Is the system for heating bathroom floors or for heating the entire house?

The electrician still has to install a plug. Haha the builder wanted to paint the walls to make the mechanical room look good. This heating system is only heating the basement.

So there’s no way to isolate and service the boiler?

We use the drain on the valve to drain the system because it’s such a small system
