Navigating new jobs or environments often induces stress and anxiety, prompting feelings of imposter syndrome. In this compelling TED talk, Gabi advocates for ACTION, encouraging viewers to FIGHT these debilitating emotions.
He invites us to leverage discomfort as a sign of growth, urging us to seek help and relish the opportunity to acquire new skills. This approach reframes imposter syndrome, transforming it from a hurdle into a driver for personal and professional advancement. I was a Rhetoric major class of 2020, Orr Fellow, and 2-year captain of the Wabash College Soccer team. Business Consultant at CCC Intelligent Solutions. First-generation Latino from Hammond, IN. The focus of my talk is on taking action, getting unstuck, and navigating through imposter syndrome. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at www.ted.com/tedx
