Hi Tyla , I hope that you are keeping well . I know what you are going through . I struggle when I have a burnout , and I have time's when I get abit uptight . I'm lucky I know a lot of people who know me , and they help . But there are alot of people with AUTISM , who can't get any help . But with people like you Tyla , you do help people , with your blogs . Please keep these videos coming . All the Best , Simon from Chesterfield X

I can relate how difficult daily tasks can be when being Burnout. I still have to fold the laundry but can't find the energy. Wishing you all the best.

Fingers crossed the move went well and that you are in a place now where you can recover from your burn out. Living is hard here too but I've been incredibly lucky. I hope you have some luck with finding a place where you dont have to move so soon again.

Kombucha is easy to make, and way cheaper than buying it at the supermarket. Can be fun, too 🙂 I'm pretty sure the shop version is filtered, so home made is probably better nutritionally. Last time I bought it it was £2.75 from Morrison's for the same size bottle you have there, so you got a bargain. Have fun with the unpacking. I down-sized over two years ago and still have stuff in boxes. It's mostly in the loft so no real motivation to sort it out until I need something.
