I have just found your channel. As someone who is returning to yacht sailing after a number of years I found the episodes to be entertaining and informative. You've also shown how older yachts can be brought back to life with hard work. The knowledge you gain from this experience will be invaluable to others. Fair winds and following seas.

@@OutsideYourZone cheers boys great that you’re all okay and everything is running fine yes unfortunately boats I am not cheap to repair when Little things can go wrong with them. I hope the motor is hanging out okay. I did notice you had a bit of a leak in there it’s teething sins. It’s nothing to worry about, shit I’d love to sail bit sad news for me split up for my girlfriend after 2 1/2 years yeah little bit brokenhearted but I’ll get over it. Maybe I should just sell up and buy myself a selling boat. Good luck boys. Thanks for the forgetting back to me and telling me how things are going, I will set up the Patreon soon.

Although I'm landlocked by 1800km to the Pacific, 4000km to the Atlantic, and 3000km to the Arctic straight northward, I'm a former coastal who will return to the seas with a boat at some time. Lundy is south of Bristol so if you are heading north you are going in wrong direction for the scillys

Other "fun" sand bars in south west England include Salcombe on an ebb. Nice big standing waves and very narrow exit close to cliffs. Exmouth where the makers aren't necessarily where the deep water is and it's wide open to any wind or swell from south through east. 😂
