Navigating Essex Lanes: A Ride Full of Lessons 

Some mornings, even when you know you should get up and go for a ride, the motivation just isn’t there. Today was one of those days for me. I was supposed to head out with my cycling club but couldn’t face it when the alarm went off at 6:30 AM. I rolled over and went back to sleep, but soon after, I was up and about. Something pushed me to get out and ride anyway. So here I am, embarking on a 70-mile loop solo.
