Update: The Narita Airport Welcome Suica card machine have been discontinued, from 18th December 2023 onwards Welcome Suica sales will be limited to JR EAST Travel Service Center and Haneda airport only. You can try to get the normal suica card from JR East Travel service center at narita airport. We will try to make a update video on how to get a IC card at Narita Airport soon.

Hi, There are airport limousine buses which tickets can be brought at the bus counter, this buses have services to places like shinjuku.

The Welcome Suica Card is currently not available for purchase at Narita Airport. Only at Haneda Airport. says jreast.

Hi, that machine has now been turned off, but you can get it from the JR office at that station.

Hello, on their website it says: Welcome Suica sales will be limited to the following for the time being from December 18th. ・ JR EAST Travel Service Center Haneda Airport Terminal 3 Station ・ Welcome Suica exclusive vending machine Tokyo Monorail Haneda Airport Line Haneda Airport Terminal 3 Station Please note that only one Welcome Suica will be sold per person. Please note that IC cards will not be sold at Narita Airport after the 18th. Is this also about the welcome Suica cards from the video?

the machine in the video should not be affected as they mentioned. haneda airport terminal 3 is still available according to the message, just limited to 1 card per person

It depends which train. From what I have read, the skyliner or narita express are not covered, but I'm going to asakusa and the sky access is covered. It largely depends whether it is a "local" train or not. Airport transfer only isn't covered. (Since they stop less the express one's are faster)

Hi, it's the normal blank suica card and pasmo that is currently unavailable due to a semi conductor shortage. This tourist welcome suica card is still available but only valid for 28 days.

Hi, this card can not be refunded, but what you can do is to go to any convenient store and use the remaining balance there.

Hi, we are not based in japan, but last heard this machine, which dispense the welcome suica card is still available, with the normal suica card available at the JR office.

Hi, they stopped sales of the normal suica card in japan. If you have an apple device, you can consider getting it through your apple wallet.

Hi, you should be able to reload the card at the train stations machines.

Hi, you can do so, but the card will only last 28 days before expiration. If you need the card for 4 months, it is best to get the normal Suica card from the JR ticket offices.

Hi, the Suica can be used for certain transportation systems in Hokkaido.

Hi, this we are not sure, but recent news state that you now get the normal suica card at the JR office at the JR station connected to the terminal.

What!? That machine has multiple languages, but has no Japanese!? That doesn't make any sense!? This is their country!

As this card is for tourist only, they have since discontinued this machine and moved the suica card purchase to the JR office.

i think they meant by the full suica card, this machine dispense the tourist welcome suica card which is only valid for 28 days.
