SPDST means South Pacific Day Light Saving Time. SPDST., therefore you add UT+1 I noticed that you have written TZ-1/ UT+1 in your note. I am confused.
So if the standard port is in TZ-1 (or UT+1, as they mean the same thing), then you do not add on the hour for DST (or SPDST) until you have done the HW/LW time conversion for the secondary port. Hope that helps
