The first track always seem to be my favorite with Navy Blue. The Medium was my favorite from Ways of Knowing. Now Take Heed, why does the first track from Navy Blue albums always catch my attention right off the bat? THE TRUEST 😭💙
this has the been the only song on my mind for the past month. it’s been the song i’ve played the most by far, and it’s somehow the catchiest song ever. That piano has been playing on replay in my mind 24/7. I was just reading a book, and I started reading it in flow to this beat solely because I wasn’t thinking of anything else but this song.
This is absolutely incredible. The first time listening to this song, I thought I had listened to it for at least 5 minutes like 90 seconds into it, and I experienced that again seeing this for the first time. Most grateful for your art!

I don’t know if anybody else here listens to other genres like folk/americana. But I think Navy would go perfectly with Mark Kozelek/ Sun kil Moon’s soft classical guitar in the background. Just listen to the projects: April, Admiral Felt Promises, or Welcome to Sparks, Nevada if you don’t know. They would blend perfectly
