Navy Federal Credit Union (NFCU) is working to adopt IT automation by standardizing on Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform. Initial attempts to establish infrastructure as code (IaC) practices were met with resistance, stalling adoption across different departments. By nurturing a collaborative ecosystem, the organization not only dispelled myths around IaC but also created a thriving culture that now enthusiastically embraces automation.
