I've seen MP officer react to this and his explanation of blimp and seatbelt checking was that if soldier is killed by insurgence, then it's just war, so things happen, but if soldier gets injured because he didn't have a seatbelt then it's officer's head going to roll for not enforcing the rules, which is dumb and some.officers prefer to cover their asses and do stuff like that.
still, at the very least you'd think that the blimp would be strong enough (or camera's light enough) that you could have a much simpler camera looking down monitoring the speed limit while also having the high tech camera facing outwards. Though in all honesty, I'm surprised that the insurgants never tried to shoot down the blimp.
@@themanformerlyknownascomme777 Shooting down big blimps and balloons isn't that simple. They don't pop like small ones used on parties. In 1998 it took thousands of bullets to shoot down runaway weather balloon
I don't have confirmation for any of this other than in other videos comments sections seeing other servicemen claim to have remembered reading about the incident on a paper and that about everyone in the convoy was discharged and the leaders of it served jail time. I hope this is true
if I remember correctly Zach explains this on his Twitch channel that the Tank Commander Convoy Commander Gunner and several other Officers were dishonorably discharged both the Tank & Convoy Commanders were arrested but not before getting the "Teardown" treatment as in they stripped them of rank in front of everyone on base before stuffing them in humvees on their way to back to the states for trial
The craziest fact I hope to God Zack doesn’t find out is the Lieutenant of that group decided to run for office. The former lieutenant is now one of the senators of Missouri. The bastard had this insane hard on to talk about his leadership experiences in Iraq. He never said and his former opponent never said anything about him being dishonestly discharge from the army.

Having watched multiple vets reacting to this story and being one myself, I have yet to see one that didn't get the latent anger for the BS that goes on in the military triggered immediately. What they did to that bradley driver was beyond messed up. No matter when you served we all were trained to know that we don't leave our own behind like that, maybe its why out of all the crazy stuff this gets the same reaction from all servicemembers.
If it makes you feel better sometimes I need to unplug my network card (or whatever it's called in English) and put it out the window to cool down so it starts working again

Even if they were that would merely mean they are very good actors, which I'll take any day over the sins a reactor can do that I hate the most: Not reacting at all Being a broken record Talking over literally everything Getting anywhere close to a hundred or even fifty pauses in the same reaction Stating the obvious (granted a few times is...fine...it only gets grating when it's done repeatedly.
