Carl is a very interesting singer! This sound is not like the original Nazareth’s sound but this is really hard rock. Drive and energy! Thank you, guys!
AWESOME that this great band didn't just quit.... THANKS GUYS for continuing to put out GREAT ROCK AND ROLL!!!!!!! So called fans complaining that it doesn't sound like NAZARETH.. If you want to hear the old stuff then go listen to it. Enjoy this FANTASTIC album for who NAZARETH IS NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dan can never be replaced…. He is unique. That said, the new members (particularly lead vocalist) just flat out kicks ass. These guys are writing excellent music with a smooth but very hard edge. I absolutely can’t stop listening. It’s a new band…..and this bunch is worthy of the bands iconic name….no question.
Конечно это не тот Nazareth 70х , но группа великолепная.Эти два альбома с новым вокалистом потрясающие.Что делать,многие не признают новых вокалистов,то же самое было в Bl.Sab.,Ur.Heep,DC ,D.Purple, но они продолжают нас радовать новой музыкой. И дай бог им и дальше жить .Мы всё равно их любим и будем слушать. Long Live Rock n Rolll !!!!
Это конкретно группа одного вокалиста. Тут даже и не может быть сомнений. Это как например представить Jethro Tull без Яна или Queen без Фредди. Приведённые выше примеры просто удачная замена, там легенды пели, да и по стилю можно было сразу узнать, да и с музыкой там было всё нормально. Тут же вообще всё мимо. Просто неплохой хард и всё. Но это уже не Nazareth

No one said he wasn't , it just doesn't give the Nazereth vibe. The music is good I just think it's using the name to suck in old fans Like it did me. The music is great but doesn't say Nazereth to me at all. Just like when Thin Lizzy reformed without Phil . When they were going to release new music thought better of using the Lizzy name chose Black Star Riders instead. The music they made was great , but wasn't Lizzy. I fear that is what will happen here and hurt what sounds like a great record .
I saw them in Bridge of Allan Town Hall in the early 70s. What a great band. Things change. Life changes. The first track sounds good. The rest sounds a bit easy oasy, whatever that means, and not a great deal to write home about.
It's hard for some fans to accept the new vocals , Manny stepped down many years ago from guitar but nobody gave up on them when Jimmy filled the role . I have all the Naz albums with Dan singing and he was the Nazareth sound like Steve Perry was Journey but give the guys credit for showing how much they care . Pete Agnew is still keeping his dream alive & probably misses the original line up as much as fans do but nobody gave Tony Iommi this much venom when Ozzy left Sabbath . I cannot lie I will always prefer Nazareth with Dan but do we want a sound alike singer ..... That friends WOULD be a karaoke band not worthy of the Nazareth name , it's a great album with Carl singing instead of Dan ....can we not love both .X
Dan was the voice of Nazareth but Pete is the heart of the band and its still beating .... The new album is one of their best ! Pete is trying to keep the band name alive and show fans he loves them as much as he loves playing .
I'm in Nazareth freak from way back when. I totally disagree!! This sounds like a totally different band they need to change the name and just start a new band and quit dragging Nazareth name through the f****** mud!!!
@@metalmanxx666. I get where ur coming from , the blues & slide guitar is very much missed . Lead singer & guitarist usually give the band its sound . The name could be changed but they were performing as Nazareth for years before Dan left & Dan gave his blessing when he retired . I prefer the classic line up & material .... didnt like tattooed on my brain but the new album is good ... Dont think any vocalist can replace Dan but its not about money or egos its about keeping the music alive .

Grande que una banda con tantos años y sin un gran éxito siga adelante pero.....Dan era y será siempre el cantante de Nazareth y deberían haber seguido contando con su voz pese a sus problemas de salud.Estos nuevos Nazareth nada tienen que ver con su etapa anterior y por respeto a Dan deberían haberse cambiado el nombre.
Now this is a pretty good album! this line up sounds like they have their formula dialed in . I grew up on the original Nazareth and on through the years. I was critical at first when Karl came on board but this album works
I like this album, music dynamic, mellodic and powerful, super!!! But Nazareth without Dan McCafferty is not Nazareth as Slade without Noddy Holder. But band plays great!
Surviving The Law Is An Absolutely Awesome Spectacular Great Straight Up Rock N Roll Album By Nazareth And Totally Rocks This CD Needs To Be Fully Cranked Up All The Way To Full Maximum Volume To Be Fully Appreciated By This Legendary Great Rock Band.
Nazareth 💜 Digging This New Album. Have A Couple Favourite Songs And New Members Or Original Members, I've Always Loved This Band And Will ForEver Love The Band Nazareth 💜
This album sounds a little better than the former album with Carl Sentance from 2018, i believe he felt more convenient on his second album with the band, it doesn't sound like Nazareth but i dig it, the only original member is Pete Agnew, the guitar player and the drummer who is the son of Pete joined the band somewhere in the nineties and Carl the vocalist is only a few years with the band so i guess this is why they sound different, the sound is really tight and good and for a band that exist since 1970 they sound really fresh, i enjoyed the album from first hearing, actually this album is a great and good surprise for me, thanks for sharing.
Gotta admit, I never paid much attention to Nazareth, but after my mate Leigh Spencer from Iridium Rock & Metal Reviews reviewed "Strange Days", I'm really digging the new stuff. I knew of Carl from his work with Krokus and Crossbones and he really breathes new life into this storied band.
There's no car without wheels, there's no bees without pollen, there's no sushi without wasabi, there's no life without Sun...there's no Nazareth without Dan McCafferty.
Второй отличный альбом с Карлом, здесь даже есть музыка в стиле Назарет отличная хард роковая команда это не молодежь играющая подделку на хард рок 70-х, но голос Карла это скорее Rainbow я слышал как он поет их песни, а где взять другого может UDO? но он сам себе хорош, что бы быть в Nazareth)))
предлагаю всем - включить наушники и закрыть глаза ... вы никогда не скажете что это Nazareth ... просто на вас действует надпись в заголовке ... по звучанию - добротная хард- роковая группа ... но это не тот всеми любимый Nazareth который мы знали раньше ...
Правильно! Всё началось с ухода Мэни Чарльтона, а когда Маккаферти вышел, ничего больше не осталось. Хотя, довольно качественный хард получился, но не Nazareth!🎸🤘🤝
В этом Назарете один Эгню , и он использует название Назарет . Имеет право , да и пускай будет так , лучше чем ничего . Но по музыке это типа Бон Джови или типа этого . Конечно где теперь взять Маккаферти с Мануэлем , можно их повесткой принудительно привести . Вот тогда мы услышали бы Назарет .
