Thank you mija, that was awesome hope to see more of Nazareth on your channel. This is a band that is overlooked I have tried to get other reactors to do some Nazareth but no one dares. RIP Manny Charlton he gave many amazing years of awesome rock songs, I still have their entire collection and never get tired of listening to them jam. Dan McCafferty definitely had the voice that was fit for rock, this was a band that did many different genres in their collection and I personally loved it all. Peter Agnew and Darrel Sweet always kept the rhythm section on pace with the songs

You're a pretty girl, Miss Hsu. "This Flight Tonight" from the 1974 album "Loud 'n' Proud" was originally a Joni Mitchell song, brought in a more Country & Western style, but Nazareth made it their own completely by turning the song into a more Hard Rock oriented tune. The album has another to-listen-to cover of a Bob Dylan song called "The Ballad Of Hollis Brown". Lengthy, but worth lending your ears to. Thanks for sharing. Well-wishes from France (I'm on a trip across the border. Belgium is so small you can't travel 150 kilometers in either direction without ending-up in a different country starting from Brussels. Or the North Sea, when going West).

Good job young lady 👍. However over time, you'll find " The Old School Music " is actually TIMELESS. Think about it for a minute. This song ( in the " Classic Rock " genre ) was wrote about 46 YEARS AGO which ( this is a wild guesstimate.) is about 36 years BEFORE you were born. In 20 MORE years from now, say when your 30 years old, you'll still be listening to it. By then it'll be about 66 YEAR OLD music! This kind of music, from that era, is SO GOOD and SO POPULAR, that it is STILL played EVERYWHERE by Cover Bands, radio stations and covered by many current popular professional bands. It also will continue to attract youngsters such as yourself, obviously, to listen to it and learn to play it if their musically inclined.... THAT, yong lady, IS TIMELESS 👍.... Not " Old School "😅.

Too bad lead guitarist Manny Charlton died recently (7/5/22). Great band. Deep Purple bass player Roger Glover produced Nazareth's "Loud 'n' Proud" album and "Greatest Hits." Ian Gillan is a big fan of his. Told me he first met Dan McCafferty backstage in 1969.
