I rewatched it the other day and given the fact it was made by a 16 year old pretty much alone, it still looks pretty damn good. There are a couple moments too where he nails the timing of the music and animation and its just *chefs kiss*

I think if someone was to re-do it in like a proper anime style of animation with a little bit more cohesion in the plot and certainly better microphones it would be really really good. That final encounter with Nazo at the end was so cool as a kid. Sucks that Chakra canned the sequel project.

super mario bros z and nazo unleashed had a huge influence on my childhood so i really appreciate these videos tbh. one thing i have to say is that there's this one sprite animator dude apart from alvin earthworm called king asylus, or fredrik nillson. idk if you've spoken about him before since im new here, but i think if he made a nazo unleashed sprite remake it would be absolutely insane. anyway i enjoyed this video and i too cannot frickin wait for the sequel to nazo unleashed, keep up the good work

Oh, man, I remember when I first came across Nazo Unleashed. It was the best. Thing. Ever. I went nuts over it and I thought it was an official animation by sega. A was also AMAZED with the way they fought. That was my new standard of what I'd want to see in a fight scene. (It was before I new dbz existed and this was based off it.) But now with the incredibly well animated intro and another clip revealled for a sequel, I'm very excited for what's to come!

Although I never saw it when I was a kid, I still saw it early enough for it to be a part of my childhood😎 On another note, I also made an anime styled animation when I was 16 (another channel). There’s truly nothing like young creativity and emulating the greatest parts of your favorite shows through your own animation.
