I just buy and install a North Bayou F80 Gas Strut for my monitor..

hello sir i bought it 16 days ago and it has arrived, i installed it on my desk and it fitted perfectly ( on the side ) because i coudlnt make it trough the back of my desk because my desk has a desk lip , unfortunely my nbf80 is tighten too hard i have to force it tio be adjusted. But all now no problem, this product is awesome i am so good with this. thanks for this video sir

Sir nice video, I was just wondering, when mine finally came, I tried to twist the head piece (the one that connects to the monitor) in a counter clock wise position, as you can see, we have the same orientation when you opened your box. May I ask, how were you able to twist it? Wouldn’t it break the plastic? I’m not referring to the tilt, I’m asking about the clock wise or counter clockwise positioning of it, is there any way for me to loosen it up?

Salam Bos.. untuk minit ke 8.49 tu bos pusing arah lawan ka arah jam nak adjust arm tgh tu? saya cuba bnyak kali x boleh lentur haha.. mohon pencerahan

wasalam.. kalau dia, kita ubah arm, dia naik balik.. kena ikut arah jam.. untuk lower kn torque.. kalau dia lembut/atau position dia xstay.. kena lawan jam.. kuatkan torque..

Hello bos. Nak tanya, saya baru ja beli arm ni. Tapi arm bahagian gas strut tu macam keras. Dia tak boleh nak tekan atau nak naikkan. Memang tegak ja tak turun pun. Even dah mount monitor pun still keras. Saya dah try adjust allen key untuk torque tu still tak gerak. Kenapa ya?

Bro I have a problem on twisting the part that is attached to the monitor, you have twisted it in the video on 7:08-11. The part that is attached to the monitor is not straight, it is twisted and when I try to adjust it, it is just tooo hard to be adjusted. Please help pls help

@@dennisemarieminoza3956 Yes, I did. Applied a little bit of force and it twisted. Just apply more force gently and it will turn

you need to make the screw counter clockwise to loosen it a little.. need few time trying until you make its right.. neither too tight nor too loose..

This happen to me too. The screw is too tight, whether I move it clockwise or counterclockwise. Seems like the gas trut isn't working to me. Pls help me sir

@@ridhoprasetiawan8591 try counter clockwise the screw to loose it.. but make sure you try few times.. have to try few times to get the right position for your monitor..
