A quick explanation for everyone who posts "Free Krispy" under this video. I posted this video on December 26, 2018. It took me a lot of work time and many of you appreciated it and it was viewed many times and I thank you for that. Shortly after its publication, I received a report from the RU-vid detection tool indicating that my video had been fully published on the secondary channel of "KrispyFlakes" called "Extra Krispy". So I went to Krispy's channel to see how he had reused my video. First surprise, I notice that he has completely reused my thumbnail and a title almost identical to the one of my video. I launch the video, and I notice that indeed, my video has been entirely reused by Krispy who made it into a video called "reaction". For those who don't know what it is, in short, he watches my video and reacts with "wow", "my God", "great", etc. I look in the description of the video, no link to my original video. I think to myself that this Krispy is really looking for easy money with my video that took me tens of hours of recording and editing. Reading the comments under Krispy's video, I notice that many viewers think the same thing and even ask Krispy to stop this kind of video and create his own content. But since I'm not the kind of person who wants to sanction a channel that people can follow and like, even if it copies the work of others, I decide to politely ask Krispy to remove my video because I don't think he has to copy my video, my thumbnail and the title in their entirety without asking me for permission and without mentioning my channel. As I couldn't find an email to send him my request privately, I posted a comment directly under Krispy's video asking him to remove my video. I gave him at least a week, I went back several times to see if he had answered and considered my request, but that was not the case, despite other people's responses to my comment. I therefore considered that I was entitled to ask RU-vid to remove this video from the Krispy channel. I did not ask for his channel to be sanctioned in any way. Today, I received many "free Krispy" messages under my video, some of them insulting. I then understood that the video of Krispy's channel had been deleted. Some have posted in link to the following Krispy tweet : "Hey @VGEvolution can you please retract your copyright strike on my 2nd channel "Extra Krispy" I am more than willing to take down the video. But I do wish you would have contacted me first considering it falls within the lines of "Fair Use". Please consider doing so." Basically, while he didn't ask me for permission to make his video by copying all my content, Krispy asks me to remove my strike and blames me for not having contacted him first. The world upside down. My dear Krispy, in life, there are basic rules and rules of politeness. You should have asked me for permission to make your video first, once the strike was received, you should have contacted me directly to ask me if it was possible for me to ask for it to be removed. You shouldn't have posted a message on your Twitter to show your community that the VGE channel is bad and strike your content, and encourage them to come and insult me. You didn't do things right from the start, I gave you a chance to ask you to remove my video, you may not have read my comment and that of your community, it's your problem, I read all the comments that are posted on my channel. So, given your attitude, I'm certainly not going to ask RU-vid to remove the strike they gave you. If you think your video "falls within the lines of Fair Use", you can ask RU-vid directly to remove your strike. But first, make sure you know about "Fair Use", use a video and a thumbnail for a reaction video, I doubt very much that RU-vid will prove you right. Why not post a film in its entirety and make a video reaction? If I answer your request here, it is because you did not make the effort to contact me directly as an adult, I do not see why I will come back to you. RU-vid, it's not my job, just a hobby, I have a "real" job next door. So to all those who shout "free Krispy" here, ask Krispy to make you original videos. RU-vid will only be better off!
@@hjgamer200 By posting his request on his twitter instead of asking me directly, he knew very well that his subscribers would come here. The insulting messages have been deleted as have the "free Krispy" messages. If people in his community have valid arguments to oppose me, I am quite ready to hear them and put them forward, but spammer will not help.
Many of you have noticed that I have put Lonzo Ball among the superstars. He is of course a troll, his father has always said that Lonzo was a superstar. But as you can see, his overall is better in his first year of rookie than today:)

I think we should clarify something. Overall inflation happened. A 77 overall in the earlier 2K's would usually be a starter. But now you can have 83 overalls being on the bench. So a 75 overall rookie meant that they were at least 6th man good, where now a 75 overall usually isn't getting more than 7-8 minutes a game depending on the team.
Exactly. I dont think a lot of younger players understand that. When 2k got more of an online presence and players started making more of a big deal about their overalls in Twitter, overall increased all the way across the board.

Well to be honest I came here after Krispy posted his message and I fully intended to post "free krispy " and move along. after reading your really well written explanation that was just posted I feel like I need to watch both videos and look into it a bit further before rushing to judgement. I wonder with the evolution of the NBA does the ratings stay the same. For example if you put 2k19 Giannis stats in 2k9 would he still be a 95, higher or lower?
This reminds me how it seemed from 2k10-2k12/13 young guys had real low overalls compared to what they’re getting out of the draft today and how nobody but Jordan in those games had a 99 too. Plus it’s funny seeing the 2003 draft guys in ESPN basketball. I remember playing that and how rough shooting free throws were as a kid 😂
