Smoove 2K11 Demo Challenge #1 Hold the Celtics to 0 points and score more than 10 points! Lets have some fun with this demo before 2K11 comes out. Your defense should improve trying to do this.
I just downloaded 2K11 right after you posted your first video demo. And i must say they really did a good job on remaking Kobe's jumper plus that Pull Up J by Kobe is ice water.
Chris your awesome btw if like perkins is shooting a FT and he gets substituted then O'Neal will shoot the second and there are a couple of different intros keep on making this videos i subscribed to you exactly a year and 6 months ago :)
Havent played 2k10 but the dunks in this game are pretty sweet, did a reserve dunk with Kobe on the break, did a behind the back reverse around Perkins.. dunked over KG with Kobe.. dunked over Allen with Gasol
Really like the new scoreboard in the game. I noticed when you score the points are added to the score in time not right away like in 2k10. That's small but an addon that I like. makes the game feel more real.
fake pass is such a great addition to the game! it's used all the time in real basketball, especially against a Zone. I can't wait to see how effective it is against online opponents.
@ClutchLikeMelo it's quite accurate, garnett can hit those fade away shots. Plus he's healthy now. You can expect him to hit those shots during the season.
I've never played NBA 2k before (except from last year's demo), and I went 12-8. I scored 4 out of 4 three pointers with Artest and Kobe. If you play good defense like Chris Smoove and make a bunch of threes you can probably easily beat the challenge.
I played the demo and loved it for the most part. Some cool things I noticed: You don't automatically rip down rebounds if your stats aren't that good. Sometimes it's a tip war to see who wins. Defense is much better than before. No real easy way to score. Something I dislike: Still a few Teamate screw ups where they don't run on the fastbreak or respond to when the opponent steals.
Man I wanted to play as the Celts and master then before the game even came out, but I guess I'll be forced to practice the basics with the LAKE SHOW!!!!(My fellow Celtics will kill me for this)
i dunno if i like this all thee way yet, i think the graphics are the best thing about it. i'm gonna play it some more now, i played twice and record some shit, but at first i didn't like the feel of the players i think i just needed to get use to it tho, cuz it's almost like you can feel the weight of the players.
@ComptonMasta no i can't. and i meant hall of fame before. awesome game by the looks of it. just downloaded the demo. feels slower but more balanced at the same time..
Smoove good video sir I have been playing since 2K8 I feel 11 has great presentation but the dribble and movement feels different kinda of fast compared to 2k10. Maybe I'm judging too early. Or it could be a learning curve? But I will do a review on my name when full game comes out Oct. 5th, 2010. Good Video
@datpoint if your talking bout the actual leaner no, this move is way different. Being the 2k player i am, i didnt see it in 2k10 but then again i could be late or its easier to do this year
Can anyone help me? What exactly is the difference between 2k10 and 2k11? I got into 2k10 from Smoove, So i don't know entirely much about the 2k series, all i can see different is the different score board. Much appreciated if somone could answer. Thanks guys.
@oren66 in bball games it's not random, it's all in the release of the shot, and finding a quality shot... if you dont take an open shot the chance of u making it are slim
