This has always been an issue with 2k. HoF difficulty is them jus lowering the sliders for your team and upping the cpu. Teammates will miss 90% of wide open 3s.

I salute smoove for always playing on HOF. That mode is crazy it shouldn’t make my team ass and the opposite team gods especially when the players don’t really have defensive stats. And your team will barely make jump shots. Like HOF sliders literally take off 10 from each of your sliders. And add it to cpu

I think part of the problem is ppl will buy 2K's game every year no matter how bad it is, we really need to boycott their game so they are forced to actually improve it.

I haven't played an NBA game in quite some time, so this has been a bit of an adventure. I was watching some of your 2K15 MyCareer videos the other day, so going from those to these, I can appreciate the improvements they have made to the off-the-court scenes. The writing and the performances are leaps and bounds better than they were in years past. So far there have been some genuine laughs, and good character moments. I love Ashley. However, it still suffers from the lack of any real branching narrative. Sure, it says that the things you say during interviews and whatnot will have an effect on your skills (general vs trailblazer or whatever). That's fine, but what you end up doing on the court has no bearing whatsoever on the story options. For example, there was the whole building of the rivalry with Shep Owens in the first couple episodes, and that's cool. But then you go out and absolutely wreck him in the Summer League championship game, and Owens & his little cadre are out there talking trash afterwards. You continue tearing it up on the court, I'm pretty sure averaging a double-double, and the fans still hate you, Shep continues with the trash talking, and that "influencer" at the corner store won't sell you any Gatorade. Like, what has Shep been doing? He was playing for Golden State in the Summer League game. His stats at halftime were 4 pts, 0 reb, 0 ast. And I don't believe it got much better in the 2nd half. Are we really supposed to believe that he's getting a ton of minutes with that team, much less that he's a starter? For Golden State?! What are his stats looking like so far in the season? It's really distracting and stupid, and I think that trying to shoehorn that much story into this type of game is just too far beyond the capabilities of the developers. And that's totally cool. They shouldn't have to be concerned with that much narrative. That's not the sandbox they're playing in. But it does make me think that they should dramatically dial that back and instead develop stories that don't rely on your on-the-court performance in order for them to make sense. Anyway, that's a lot of words which likely, more than anything else, reflects my tendency to over analyze things at times. Something that didn't require a deep dive to appreciate is how well-produced, funny, and entertaining your videos are. 🤘🏻✌🏻

Edit: What I’m getting at is that since the script still has MP in it, it seems like it’s recycled content that wasn’t used. I mean, other characters are all the same too. It can’t be coincidental.

This is how I feel about this right I think they should have a contract to where the top 50 youtubers and top 50 cash players have trials with a beta version of the game and they can tweak it off of your experience and what you see we will need in the community
