Great work as always man! Appreciate the tips a ton they help a lot. I'd love to see some online gameplay of yours and how you use certain players against people. Looking forward to those and your tips!
Been playing my career for a month now just slaving away at my build learning moves and stuff. This video here probably one of the best I’ve seen. Love the layout, the controller on screen, the text on screen also helps, Preciate it man. 🫡 Also, Derozan mid range game one of the best ever. Can’t wait to be able to do it in game
It’s timing based you probably need to wait a little longer, try learning how to trigger one kind of pumpfake first, once you can trigger that animation at will, keep practicing with the timing
I want to say close shot because it was the shot was next to 10 feet..but knowing 2K a close shot is probably considered under 10 ft and nothing over.. for example like 10.1, 10.2 feet and so on..but I would say close shot..Try that move with nba players who have no mid but close shot or no close shot but high mid
Man I thought you dropping pt.2 of on ball defense against iso players in park… I still need help. I have 85 perimeter defense & i’m still having a hard time
Don’t have your hand up (holding right stick up) until you think they’ll shoot, when they make too much space let go of L2/Left Bumper to run and close the space. Holding L2/Left Bumper too much is why most people can’t keep up when defending. Don’t hold L2/Left Bumper or Turbo when trying to get through screens, but the screener’s man should hedge enough for you to recover.
Have to do this in the paint or free throw line. If you try it around the three or too far you’ll be in protect dribble, also make sure you are flicking the left stick not holding
Sheesh. You dont need a triple threat badge. You need post control. Post control is the real triple threat in this game. Can these moves be used on the perimeter?
@Jerseymad93 you can easily make a Jordan-esqe guard who plays primarily inside the arc with these tips and save alot of Ball handling with these moves.
Hahaha this man "touched" there are entire levels in the post/face up game. If you play long enough you'll notice you use your right foot right side and left on the left side of the floor. But for the most part.
I’m a great post scorer and they’re absolutely right lmao. The game allows the post defender to dictate the offensive player too much. And it wouldn’t be a problem if that was the same challenge for perimeter scorers. Not to mention you can give a guy his rim protector takeover just by bumping him to gain rhythm - even if you score on the play. The mechanics favor post defense way too much, but it isn’t impossible to overcome
