That's a great find. To be honest I've always assumed if their load management was high then that means they would take on a higher load when it came to the trainings. But it is possible the "load management" feature is based on the basketball terminology of load managing players, which means reducing their workload in practices or games. So in full transparency you may be correct, but I've never seen a previously injured or veteran player be automated to a high load management (as they typically would be in real life), nor have the younger players I've load managed suffered in their development. So quite frankly I'm not sure that feature has that big of an impact if the bench players, who are already not getting minutes, have high or low load management. If you need to load manage your star players, I'd suggest simply adjusting the training schedule and rotation to lessen the chance of injury. Once again, great find though. I'll try to keep that in mind and pay attention a bit more to see for myself for future videos.
