Celebration of the 2k 25th Anniversary ...it Been 25 years of 2k....and teh company suppose to put they All into this game...Does the Company make u Feel like its the 25th Anniversary of nba 2k???
Thank you! I been saying that since he suddenly started playing MyTeam when the gamble only packs started. They needed someone with a high follower count to get people on board with gambling packs.
You can't even dribble back and forth between your legs in NBA 2k24 in one spot/place. You'll only perform random dribble moves and be all over the place...Not precise, Not Basketball...Crossovers are so UGLY, LAYUPS are not precise, GAME is not fluid like NBA 2K13/14. ELITE KNOW

Having role player builds doesn’t encourage team balance in 2k. Everyone plays ‘watch the pg dribble & cut when he can’t do anything’ offense. That’s all role player builds create. I’d rather be able to grind a god like player over time. It’s just more fun. Too much realism killed games like 2k. If you play enough, you have a great build & it will improve with time. I think that’s better than finding out they patch shooting & now it’s preferred to have a stretch but you’re at a matchup disadvantage because of a build you made 3 months ago.
Finally someone with a brain no matter the builder people are going to make whatever build they want also their have always been op builds in every 2k especially if you’re good but 2k haven’t been more realistic it just advertise as realistic, older 2k”s were more realistic than any 2k in the 20”s outisde of maybe 2k20
The game force you to play that way because of the spacing is so bad. The courts need to be more wider and they need to get rid of spamming passing lanes and being able to recover so easily. Thsts the main reason you can cheat and spam all around the court so the pg want every one to sit in a spot and play 2v2 basically.
@@BossQuis they also need to make the court bigger imo. Not by much but a bit. & make steals right stick only. Tapping x or square & lunging in the right direction all the time is dumb. If you guess wrong with the stick you should be penalized.
@@whateverman23 wasn’t always that way. Small forwards owned a few 2Ks & then 2k had enough & nerfed them massively. I used to always have an SF because they could do so much. I’m talking pre 2k20s
It's not even possible to perform simple back and forth dribbles between the legs PRECISELY in NBA 2K25. These new 2ks you have to look for a UGLY WEAK spam animation just to perform a simple move like back and forth between the legs AND STILL THE MECHANIC WILL GIVE YOU RANDOM DRIBBLE MOVES SMH. A shame. It was simple and made sense back then in NBA 2K14. In real life, to dribble between the legs, you dribble the ball diagonally between your legs so dribbling between your legs should not be left or right on the right analog, but instead ↘️↙️. Makes sense right?! Crossovers should be ➡️⬅️ as it was for YEARS. Behind the back should be ⬇️ and you should be able to dribble behind your back as many times as you want without performing random dribble moves AND without dribbling out of spot or your place. Try to dribble behind your back repeatedly in NBA 2K24 AND YOU'LL JUST BE DRIBBLING OUT OF PLACE AND PERFORMING RANDOM MOVES SMHHHH....
I’m totally fine with that mindset if you’re hitting your shots. The real problem is egos. Dudes can’t stand to watch somebody else on the team get buckets.
@@CTDOM I love basketball, played it all my life. Quit 2K as soon as they introduced VC. It ain’t hard, y’all just have no self control. Easy to finesse.
The builder don’t matter as much as players think it does. The gameplay makes the builder not the other way around until 2k players understand them they will understand the builder doesn’t matter and it the gameplay that’s makes your player good not the builder, but me personally the best builder to use would be 2k 14-17 very simple not complex Their has always been op builds especially if you’re good you can do everything regardless of being limited
Add a build system similar but better than 18/19 and 20.. lower the amount of vc we put in players or the cost of vc.. then people won’t mind having more than one player and won’t mind going back to roles instead of everyone tryna be lebron wardell jordan

I appreciate you taking time to criticzie the things 2k does and still be able to call out the good things they do too. With that being said, I'm not excited for 2K at all and neither for college football since I don't like the sport. If EA makes college basketball, I definitely will get that. As for 2K, if things get better, I might get it. I probably won't touch 2k25 even if it's free. I've been burnt too many times and I just need a break from it.

2k needs to change the game somehow someway because this year everyone’s rocking the same dribble moves and everyone’s shooting is actually terrible (which is good). They should definitely bring back the legend grind because you have to play to get the best rewards. 2K also needs to lower vc prices to make a build.
agent mentioned a long time ago they should just make ranked and unranked servers and on the unranked you're uncapped and on the rank you have to adjust your stuff like how it is now. just having the option to be uncapped, even if it's just in mycareer in the NBA would be nice without HAVING to make a build that is strictly to the T of a meta build
The problem is that everyone is different. For instance, if grinding in the park is the only way to do it, id be pissed. I play mostly offline. Either way, it was cool getting badges to compliment your playstyle. 2k16-17 were cool
Idk I always felt that 2k shouldn’t care about the masses, like ppl who play the game once a week should literally have no say in any gameplay feature whatsoever.
What they should do is pie charts again & if you max out your player you will be a 95 ovr max.. Making you grind all year for the other attributes (not all of your minor attributes should be capped at 99) & making it rare to see a 99 ovr in the park
We need superstar builds back. Peoples playstyle will position them as roleplayers in team settings. Not everyone is dribble gods or cheesers. Being forced to do something is not good for keeping people on a game.
They gotta make a builder where it’s nba star myplayer level. In 5v5 it’s so boring because everyone stands around the perimeter while the guard runs pick and rolls all game.
They need to bring whites back it makes it more fun and casual as most people don’t have hours to be able to perfect their jumpshot, the best 2ks (16 and 17) had whites being able to go in
I don't think the attribute increase over the course of playing the game is hard. They should just have it tie into your rep, casual=0, bronze +1, silver+2, gold +3, hof +4. And when you drop from hof to gold or whatever you attribute drops the same as it would go up. Idk it seems simple and would reward people who play and are good. And plus 4 doesn't seem like something overpowered. And if it is make it 3
What’s the type of video you did on the football game, for me I would like to see you just do some gameplay college football, not necessarily scrambling with all the quarterbacks, that’s just my opinion though
Having superstar players ruins the game, if you can't get over your disadvantages then you're just bad at the game, simple as that. If you say that's not true, my teammate had a 60 3ball on a CENTER and could hit consistently. Everyone having a superstar ruins the game for everybody playing. Makes the game lifeless cause everybody is just gonna make the "top build" and then the only way you can really win is with cheesing the game, or getting lucky on the god forsaken defense. Honestly I think the best builder was 2k18/19. You had a playstyle, and you had to grind to master it and earn your badges that you KEEP.

Zenning isn’t exactly a game problem in my opinion it’s a community problem. What’s the point in playing the game if you’re just gonna let something do it for you.
I was just watching “Blame Truth” a COD content creator and in his most recent video he was talking to a Dev from the upcoming BO6 and he essentially said the same thing. The devs aren’t at fault for how poor in quality the game is, it’s the “higher ups”. Which would be the equivalent of take-two in this scenario.
Off topic but should ea make college basketball game? 2 thing that might be holding them back from ea making college basketball game is nba player license for ultimate team and nba animation and animation for all the players in college but I think they should make it
Imagine your build how its maxed on on 24 but with the plus 4 system from 95 to 99 to all stats could help 2k create more balance with the gamr but they would also have to keep gym rat for plus 4 physicals and if you get the +1 from each overall you can unlock new animation SIMPLE 😮💨
I was in the stream yesterday and I think the only dropped enabled stream is the 2k twitch drop every Friday. It’s one locker code (1hr total) across the 3 weeks. Yesterday, next Friday and the following Friday.
You should talk to a small company that makes games and tell them how you have hundreds and thousands of people you can showcase the game to. And have them design it the way you want it. We’d all play it.
My first 2k was 23, so I didn’t play during the pie chart times, but I just don’t like the concept of it, being great at 2 things, and good for the other 2, rather make the player how I want, but I respect your opinion
I agree but don't agree because then we bout to have 7'1 builds spamming dribble moves and not worries about rebounds so he can get his playmaker badges
As someone with a life outside 2k, who has very limited gaming time, I could care less about twitch drops. It’s just another advantage for the no life 12 hour a day players who have nothing but free time to sit and watch streams all day
Wish they would work on their solo offline player experience.. the stale AI sucks , and mycareer is handicapped af bc it’s tied to the park / .. think they should separate solo nba mycareer players and online park players .. offline solo builds should have no max caps to any attribute, like how mycareer USED to be
It’d be great if the drops stayed for content creators and viewers but I’ve learned to limit my expectations, they most likely turned them on to get attention away from CFB
I wouldn’t mind a system where your build starts as a role player but can then improve on its weaknesses. Like the pie chart system with the ability to add pieces to the pie 🤔
