+Tamentonen Hageshi I love 2k16 I haven't played a 2k this much consistently since 2k10 first dropped but 2k3 was probably the 2k I spent the most time on, I ran a franchise that lasted the full 25 years available and I was playing every game for 5 of those seasons lol, until somebody stole this game then I finally bought live 2003 which was great also
I dropped 43 points as MJ against Cleveland in 2k3 last night. The nostalgia factor was real I hate that I got to go back to work tomorrow I wanna advance in the season now!
I got nba 2k2 and 2k3 for the gamecube and those games are still awesome and fun to play and u get all your favorite nba players from every team back then. They don't make good games anymore.

I still have Knockout Kings 2001, once 2002 came out and it was super arcade like ready 2 rumble with every boxer looking like steroid freaks, had Mayweather looking like he was a cruiser weight with an 8 pack. When talking to the people in Canada they really want to push the UFC right now, they told me last year around December they didn't have any plans on making a new fight night which sucks.
@Derek Turner yea I hope 2k add sum new elements to WWE 2K15 and give us a deep season/career mode like NBA 2k.....and I definitely agree with u that 2k need add more euro teams or bring back the D-league and I wouldnt mind seeing sum WNBA teams thrown in their too i havent seen females teams in a basketball game since the old march madness games
I didn't know that 2k3 had the pre-game intro lineup stuff. It's funny how 2k15 made a big deal about adding that to the game, when they had had it years before.
Shooting free throws are so hard to do , I put it on free throw help and shoot mine like that , trying to get those 2 green things together to shoot drives me crazy !
That was the year Konami lost the ESPN license to 2K. They re-named their franchise from ESPN NBA 2Night to NBA Starting Five, and that game had the most generic menus/scoreboard you ever seen. But SF 2005 was better than Live/2K or any other basketball game back then. Shame it was released only in Japan. I got to play it and was amazed.
Kash Kash I haven't played 2k3 on gamecube in forever, we mostly played the ps2 or xbox version. Maybe they took out some of the cameras, usually just play on the default up and down 2k cam.

I hope they step in and put 2k touches on the WWE game. I know a guy who worked for thq he said yukes doesn't let u see the product until like 3 weeks before release so there is no input or testing from the US. So I hope 2k intervenes and just makes it similar to the show but I do enjoy the game play that 13 and 14 had. Since 2k keep adding the euro league teams they should add the d league back in the game or get the wnba I do enjoy watching the women play.
I remember it was hard for me to understand how you go from 2K3 with hundreds of animations to 2K4 with a few dozens? Loved 2K3 and hated 2K4 with passion.
I only played myteam on current gen and a little park. Have yet to play any other mode since the ps5 dropping but they did at least put effort into myteam.
@Derek Turner man 2k14 was a let down for me imo I think the game was rushed inorder to meet the deadline.....and yea the old 2k games still hold up pretty good to newer ones.....I miss the player introductions before the game bcus it made u feel like u was at a live areana....and my favorite 2k games was 2k8 2k9 and 2k10
Yea I agree the presentation on 2k6 was some of the best that was as good as NFL 2k5. There are things I really do miss from the old games. Hands down the 2k10 my player was easily the deepest with the Draft combine d league rookie summer league and the 2k insider giving you shit for your play.
On defense he doesn't know how to stay on his man, you must press the shoulder button to make your man face the offensive player. The nba live games did this automatically, 2k started doing it automatically in 2k4. This was the main reason that the early live games were better than 2k , but in 2k5 that's when 2k got better than live and stayed better.
side note: In every sim Jay Williams is legendary usually gets to 96 or 97.. Dajuan wagner is pretty solid too, can get him to about 95. parker tinsley and dickau not bad for pg options, usually get to mid 80s
dynasty mode. Jay Williams is a goat, seriously. in the sim he is a 96... (76) gil arenas, (75) drew gooden, (76) Mike Dunleavy and even amare stoudemire (68) usually gets to low 90s
@Derek Turner Fuck Yea 2k10 was the shit...man I played the fuck out that game on xbox 360 I still have that game it's sitting on my shelf right now....the my player mode was the shit and even the dunk contest was dope as fuck......2k kinda been slippin on them game modes and presentation layely hoprfully they go back to their roots in 2k15
I have all of the 2k's except 2k4 and 2k5, that 24/7 mode that those 2 games had was my shit back in the day. 2k5 had the updaed 24/7 mode, the association similar to the mygm mode where u make all the decisions, if they can just package everything from 2k5, 2k7, 2k10, they'll make the perfect game.
fever is a cool game someone is updating the rosters for xbox 360, a guy named Javo, look him up on youtube. Im not sure if he is done with editing all the teams, if he is I still don't know how to download the rosters.

The last FIFA Street didn't sell too well, mainly since it played just like FIFA 11 with street moves, I thought it was good street-simulation game. I never really got into the football games, I played the 1st one and the one with Chad Johnson on the cover. They could easily make a new NBA street but I guess since that NBA Jam reboot or that NFL Blitz didn't sell too well or arcade madden they don't want to make fake games again or something.
Derek Turner yea the newer fifa streets games wasn't all that good but the 1st 2 that came out for PS2 was the shit me and my homeboys played the fuck out those game while wewas in highschool............NFL tour and Arena Football was the worst sports game EA created......I think we gonna see more NBA jams game in the future and Blitz too once they come up with some crazy idea
