First thank you to react .. it’s a specific spin moves workout session.. and 2nd , in basketball there is not good or bad shots according to the distance.. the good shoot is the one who go in ..simple as that 😊
I liked your 2nd drill better. I just focus on practicing shots and footwork that I would take in a game. Double spin moves from the top of the key against cones doesn’t simulate a real game. Too many steps on air when an actual defender or 4 other guys in help won’t let you dribble that much.
