Lacking title wins for long periods in national teams competitions is fairly common, you only play world cup and euros once every 4 years and there are many good teams.
14:37 Casillas retired and haven't played for Spain since 2016 lol. The only two players from here that are in Euro 2020 squad are Sergio Busquets who now serves as captain and Jordi Alba (though Alba only played in 2012, not before that). Ramos may return next year for the world cup tho.
