hk brightshadow u rlly think the worst teams today would beat the best teams of the 90's?! U outta ur damn mind smh I would love to see the best of today vs. the best of yesterday that would indeed be very interesting no doubt
Best era in basketball without a doubt. Perfect combination of physicality, skill, and athleticism. You can’t blame the modern players, because they are more skilled and athletic in general, which is expected as the game evolves. The problem is the current nba rules. They have gone way too far not letting men be men. Bring back hand checking and let defense be a thing again. Incredible three point shooters, but it lacks the raw passion that happens when there is a little contact and toughness.
And young people claim the guys during this era weren't skilled. SMH. Having grown up watching NBA basketball from the 90s to now, the skill has dropped, IMO. Everybody just wants to shoot threes and play ISO ball.
@@StvcktonYT Simply shooting threes is not skill. Guys can't move without the ball. They don't box out for weak side rebounds. And they don't have any post moves. All the game mostly consists of today is ISO ball and drive and kick for three. I've seen players literally be wide open for a lay-up in the paint, and they're solely focused on passing it out for a three, which is lower percentage. It's why this year's playoffs have been so boring, as most every game is a blowout because a team just hits threes.
@@pomerlain8924 you do understand scoring from farther away from the basket is a much better skill than taking a layup, boxing out isn’t a skill btw bro 😂 please learn evolution. There’s 70 dudes in the league rn who would smoke 99% of the competition in the 70,80,90 maybe even the early 2000s comp. You don’t understand how good modern training and medicine is
As a David Robinson fan, this was painful. For what it's worth, he has plenty of highlights of his own, and did much more than just get faked-out by Hakeem or pushed around by Shaq.
back when the NBA was sand & blood... now we leave the era of money, Instagram, tattoo and that bullshit... globalization and and equality... Those guys back were playing for the adrenaline!!! now they play for likes...
Which ones? The red and yellows? Or the navy blue with the thick silver stripes and the cartoon rocket? I was feeling those for a few years but the red and yellow Rockets jerseys def aged better lol
That's what i call basketball. These are fantastic games.Even i was born in 1991 i have huge respect for Jordan,Barkley,Ewing and all the others.Jordan is my favorite and the best NBA player of all time.Today's games: "Oh you can't touch me i'm made of glass" or "I must score so back of".They've turn one of the best sports into game for women.Give it back old NBA not this "baby shower party".Live the 90's!!!!
No totaly this game has no point. They gave Harden 228 mils for what ? To have free way to score whenever he wants.Man with these rules today everybody can play basketball.Come on lets have a ball not lets have a doll.Kids can play manlier then these guys.Give the game old species and food will be delicious.
@Logical-thinker there’s more scorers in the league today that’s why. Players are playing more seasons Lebron has been playing for so long mj retired and aged fast not like lebron
@@vipethewipe4290 just because the game today mostly includes or fancy moves and all that type of shit doesn't mean it's way better than the game before bruh even defense in today's games be lacking
@@pointbreak747it’s easy to play defense when players can’t shoot 3s and when you can just sit under the rim with no 5 second violation, your actually delusional if you don’t think basketball has evolved , players are way better then they were back then because of basic evolution of having better equipment and research to make athletes preform better
