Let me tell all of you what Zeke means to us (native Detroiters). Isiah came along at a time when our city was viewed in the most negative light on a national scale. Crime, the crack epidemic, and general despair was all that we had. We were trying to find our way back to prominence after the 60s riots. We needed something or someone to give us hope. And then Mary Thomas blessed us with her baby boy. Zeke represented everything that Detroit stood for. Heart. Determination. And never say die attitude. We put all of our faith in Zeke and he put us on his back and ultimately on the map. But Zeke, above all things, is one of the most humble cats you'll ever meet. You could catch Zeke at the Shrimp joint after the game or in the hood teaching kids how to dribble. He was one of us without looking down on anyone. And he was a warrior. He delivered 2 titles and we are eternally grateful. Even if he never won those titles we'd still love Zeke. Isiah Lord Thomas. Detroit's Adopted Son. The greatest Piston Ever. Bad Boyz 4 Life!!✊🏽✊🏽✊🏽💯💯💯

The Interview: Overall it was great and the information was on-point. Chris Paul: I love how Isiah Thomas handled that situation and the look on his face says it all. Just total disgust and Zeke handled that like an elder should handle it. Bad Boys: I'm looking forward to 'The Bad Boys' documentary with those guys getting it done and doing it THEIR WAY telling THEIR STORY from THEIR STANDPOINT so the world can see who and what that team and those guys are about 100% because they are all legends: Isiah Thomas, Joe Dumars, Bill Laimbeer, Dennis Rodman, James Edwards, Rick Mahorn, John Salley, Mark Aguirre, and Vinnie Johnson.
