That's what l been saying the camera angle's in Live are not good they not close enough to the action on the court to showcase there graphics, only camera view that really shows the graphics is the baseline low view, but l don't like that view l like to play on a broadcast view but every angle in Live is just zoomed to far out. l wish EA would just give us back the ability to customize our camera angle like we could in Live 10...

I wonder why nba live won't use the frost bite engine like they've been using on Fifa soccer and Madden 18 this year. Frost bite engine definitely will improve the graphics
Yeah the players faces are alot better they dont look old and tired like the last two years but the animations are still choppy and stiff. I could tell players didn't get their own signature shot or ft form which is unacceptable .
Like I love the ESPN sportscenter and first take on here but everything else just looks bad and it's ashame also because this looks like it had so much potential but EA just rushed it
Willam O'Brien I doubt it was rushed, it's just the way NBA live has always looked. They just need a different engine or something because zoomed out it still looks like NBA live 09

Live 18 ain't that bad, most of the people complaining that 2K is better didn't even play one game of NBA live. I think NBA live 18 is more realistic than NBA 2K17.fair ratings , fair attributes , fair gameplay. I hate when 2K players shoot from half court or hold the shot meter way too long but still make it . I'd rather this than NBA 2K17.
Did you guys know that the buzzer countdown noise has been around since our parents were kids? No lie my dad used to play NBA live when it was the game to play and he told me that when he heard me playing mobile.
I like the ball and net physics and also the movements and stuff are pretty dope. The shooting looks weird and graphics are nice but not 2k level. Might buy both.
Looks playable, I'm gonna support them. They need the money to become a competitor to 2K. The movement haven't changed in years, but with a fan base it will improve. They have done more with way less fans than 2K has for their unlimited amount of fandom.
The camera angle is bad tbh. Otherwise, having etched every Warriors game this year, I can say they got Stephen's movements down. From the way he shoots to the way he dribbles and his demeanor. Same with KD and Draymond. This is actually really impressive, I'm feeling the gameplay
I honestly don't get how... Fifa and madden Graphics are nice but... Live Graphics literally look like all they did was take NBA Live 10 and put it on next gen consoles and change the presentation... If the graphics, player movements, and animations were a little more realistic i would most definitely buy live over 2k
What's the obsession with ea trying to get a basketball game out. Your time has passed. It's not even close 2k took it a long time ago and you continue to pursue that genre of game. Make a boxing game, baseball game. Y'all just wasting money
They worked so hard on the exterior they forgot about the interior of the game. Pretty sounds and sight,but we want good gameplay. This would have been good three years ago. EA is three years behind 2K.
In NBA Live the players still look robotic and hand movements with the basket still looks "stick figue". In 2K although this still hasn't been perfected, I would give them a 80% nod.
I'm definitely getting 2k this year again. I played the live 18 demo and the player movement slow, the body types are not spot on, and the commentary is awful. It's a shame because the game modes, the WNBA, the real street courts and the ESPN themed broadcast are really cool features, but the gameplay just doesn't do it for me. However, lives graphics are not that bad. Don't listen to the people who are saying this looks like a ps2 game or that it looks the same as NBA live 01, which is far from true. The graphics are good, but EA still has lots of work to do in terms of gameplay. Maybe next year.
