This was called “Paradigm Shift” in the music options back in the day. Never forgot it. I used to go to the options screen and just loop this and fall asleep in my bedroom as a kid.
it's the cool facts music. this music always reminds me of rookie Kobe Bryant wearing the Charlotte Hornets hat at the 96 NBA draft there's a picture of him on the game in the coolfacts area
Redundant in so much as facts and trivia are so readily accessible with the click of a button or tap of a touchscreen. That's not to say they shouldn't come back of course, because they'd be a fun little addition and a nice throwback. Not sure EA or 2K would do it, but it'd be cool if they did...especially with all the historic players in the games these days.
NLSC I would sit there and listen to every single player cool facts back in the day me and my friends would I've learned so much about guys like Pete chilcutt and the background of Mookie Blaylock LOL guys you would never see getting any kind of TV time on NBC
Think we all did that back in the day! Also, you know you were an NBA fan in the 90s when you can remember names like Pete Chilcutt, Marty Conlon, and Gary Grant!
This was easily my favorite song on this game, back in my 90's PC gaming days! I even have this as a ringtone (don't judge me lol). Thank you for the memories!
are used to have the code for the street court on this game I used to create players and and make believe it was Hardcore basketball on the streets LOL the good old days of my youth
this really brings me back. I got my first Playstation back in 96. This was one of my first titles I bought with it. I used to love pausing because of this track.
This track always takes me back. When basketball games had to create their own soundtrack, also around the time I was super infatuated with 1996 Olympic gymnasts Dominique Dawes.
