I absolutely love this song! Reminds me of being a kid watching the NBA on NBC! Can't wait to hear it again! However, that also means the NBA leaving TNT which sucks! :(
NBA on NBC is going to be a thing again but in the modern way next year. Ian eagle (Albert) Jeff van gundy (Fratello) Mark jackson (Jones) Maria Taylor (Storm) Grant hill (Rashad) JJ Redick (Buckner) Mike Tirico (Costas) Al Michaels (Enberg) Hubie Brown (Hammond) Dan Hicks, Hannah Storm, and Jim Grey can return too.
@dreamcage1801 Midnight the TV negotiation window ends between ESPN/ABC and TNT. It's tomorrow that NBC and rest can start bids. Not today Monday that the new companies can bid. After 11 59pm tonight they can after midnight. So basically we won't find out who will be the new TV partners for NBA with these new partners until they announce it after NBA Finals.
I heard TNT is gonna put all their chips in next yr for it. Plus, NBC must’ve gave this theme music over to FOX for college hoops. So it’s gonna be rather weird if they make a completely different theme
@@Melbester9 there’s no chance that TNT is gonna match the offer. TNT just gonna have to except the fact that the cable era is dying and good things comes to an end. They gotta move along with their lives. NBC is a pleasure welcome back to the NBA family.
@dreamcage1801 ABC might be gone after the next TV deal. They already got NBA rights back but barely. With NBC getting it too since NBA is telling TNT to counter offer their 2.5B bid from NBC. The fans and league will see how better NBC does basketball coverage of their games compared to ABC. ABC will have 30 years of NBA games like TNT did. I see ABC losing the next TV deal. Then NBC will renew it again for another 10 years and we will get 20 years of NBA on NBC over their original 12 year run from 1991-2002. Then ABC will lose the TV deal in 10 years after this new TV deal with NBA and maybe TNT will be able to return to NBA again while NBC stays for additional 10 years after this new TV deal for NBC to have their first 10 years since their return from 2002. If ABC barely renewed the NBA rights after they let the 45 day negotiation window expire and TNT didn't even renew with their bid, then I see NBC's comeback for long term at least 20 years and possibly 30. What you think?
